Ingredients

  • A packet of tagliatelle pasta or any other type of pasta. (250 g)
  • 4 salmon fillets with skin (600 g)
  • Vegetable oil (to taste)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pepper (to taste)

Ingredients in the sauce

  • 100 grams of white cream cheese
  • 300 grams of natural yogurt
  • Lemon peel from a lemon (30 g)
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • Grinded black pepper (to taste)
  • Chives (to taste)

Preparation of the sauce

  1. Mix the yoghurt with the white cream cheese until a smooth cream is formed.
  2. Add the lemon peel and the juice from the half lemon.
  3. Add ground black pepper and chopped chives, then put it in the fridge.

Preparation of the salmon

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Boil the pasta with lots of water and a little salt. Strain well, set aside and keep warm.
  3. Place the salmon in the oven with the skin side down.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour a little olive oil over the salmon.
  6. Grill it in the oven for 10 minutes. If you do not have grill mode, fry it in a Teflon pan.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets without skin and bones (600 g)
  • 6 shallots (150 g)
  • 2.5 dl cream
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 egg (30 g)
  • 1 lemon

Cooking

  1. Cut the lemon into very thin slices and fry them lightly in butter until they start to dry.
  2. Add chopped shallots and cook until transparent.
  3. Add half of the squeezed lemon  and simmer. Afterwards, let it cool down.
  4. Add the cream, turn the heat back on and stir gently. Simmer until half the mixture is left.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place a sheet of aluminum foil over an oven tray  and spread the butter over the area where the fish will lie.
  7. Place the fish on the foil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with the sauce.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Salmon in lemon sauce with dill

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo of salmon
  • 1/2 lemon (25 g)
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon with flour (5 g)
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar (optional)
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 30 ml with cream or milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon with dill (5 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • 3 boiled potatoes (60 g)
  • 6 boiled carrots (80 g)

Preparation

  1. First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Wash, peel and cut up the carrots and potatoes.  Boil them in water with salt until soft.  Set them aside as a side dish.
  3. Place the salmon on a baking tray.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill and a little olive oil over the salmon. Set aside.

How to prepare the dill sauce

  1. Take the peel of half a lemon, remove the white part, remove the seeds and divide it into boats. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  3. Then add the flour and stir for five minutes until thick.
  4. Add the lemon peel.
  5. Pour over some wine and stir over low heat.
  6. Add the lemon zest and continue to stir.
  7. Sprinkle with a little salt to taste.
  8. Add the tablespoon of dill. Continue to stir over low heat until thick.
  9. Add the milk and the two tablespoons of sugar to remove the sour taste.
  10. Adjust the salt if necessary.
