  • 1/2 cup of yogurt
  • 1 cup mild olive oil
  • 1/2 cup with brown sugar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 3 medium-sized eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. with baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 kg solid bulbs or a large box of canned
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

  • First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Remove all ingredients so that they are at room temperature.
  • Then wash the pears, cut them in half and remove the skin and inedible parts (make sure the preservation method is as natural as possible if you choose canned pears).
  • Sift the flour and baking powder together.
  • Grease a springform pan with a splash of oil and sprinkle some flour so it does not stick (you can also use wax paper).

  • Now, either cut the pear into thin slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and set it aside to add as a garnish, or cut it into cubes.
  • If you choose the first choice, then put the mixture in the greased pan, put it in the oven and take it out halfway in the cooking to arrange the slices on top. For the second choice, just put the dice in the dough in the last step. This one is faster.
  • Finally, cook it for 45 minutes to complete the baking process.
    (If you notice that the fruit is already cooked, but the cake is not, cover it with aluminum foil until it is completely cooked. That way you do not burn the fruit.)
