  • 2 cups broccoli (200 g)
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (200 g)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt (15 g)
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic

Cooking

  1. First, steam the broccoli for 10 minutes.
  2. When done, set it aside to cool. Cut it into pieces when it has cooled down a bit.
  3. Put the broccoli pieces in a frying pan with a little olive oil and sauté them with chopped garlic.
  4. Stir everything together, season with salt and black pepper (optional) and finally, sprinkle on the cheese.

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun spices (15 g)

Cooking

  1. Start by steaming broccoli. Be careful not to overcook it so that it loses its original color.
  2. At the same time, start frying the other ingredients in a frying pan: onion, salt, black pepper and cream.
  3. Afterwards,  add broccoli and Cajun spices and stir well.
  4. To bring the flavors together, continue to simmer everything for 10 minutes over low heat.

3. Broccoli and avocado salad

Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli (500 g)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (40 g)
  • 3 tablespoons nutmeg (30 g)
  • 1 tbsp salt (15 g)
  • 2 parsley stalks, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (45 ml)

  4. Then  add parsley, salt, black pepper and a little olive oil  to season the avocado.
